Beginning on March 5, 2007 Federal Signal Corporation will be
conducting a series of scheduled meetings with current and potential investors.
Robert D. Welding, President and Chief Executive Officer and Stephanie K.

executives will be reviewing the recent operational and financial performance
of the Company, discussing the outlook for 2007 and reviewing broader growth
