Petrobras, Sinopec close deals for offshore blocks

RIO DE JANEIRO, April 13 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run oil company Petrobras and China's Sinopec have finalized a joint venture agreement to explore blocks off the coast of northern Brazil, a Sinopec official said on Wednesday.
