Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced today that Jeff Andreson, chief financial officer, is scheduled to participate in two investor conferences in May.

Intevac will participate in the Credit Suisse Annual Capital Equipment Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, May 12th, 2011. Intevac will present at the Noble Financial 7th Annual Equity Conference in Hollywood, Florida at 1:00pm EDT on Monday, May 16th, 2011.
