GLOBAL MARKETS-Stocks and oil rise but growth worries persist

NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Rising oil prices were headed for a fifth straight weekly gain on Friday on worries about cuts in supply from Iran, while U.S. stocks crept closer to peaks last seen before the 2008 collapse of Lehman Brothers.
