The embedded occupancy sensor in the HyBeem eliminates the need for a building occupancy sensor installation and associated wiring. A simple lamp/bulb change using the BP400OCS delivers up to 90% energy savings as compared to a 400 Watt metal halide lamp/bulb. Onboard occupancy sensors are available on the BP400 and BP600. The BP400OCS delivers 15,800 lumens and the BP600OCS illuminates 23,000 lumens of light out of the fixture and hosts an onboard occupancy sensor that functions up to a height of forty (40) feet.
The HyBeem generates an identical optical footprint and color temperature of a 400 Watt or 575 Watt metal halide high bay light. In addition, the HyBeem OCS Series saves a minimum 55% energy, and up to 90% energy, when compared to a 400 Watt metal halide high bay lamp and has over six (6) time longer lamp service life, virtually eliminating maintenance events.
