In trading on Thursday, the Global Wind Energy Portfolio ETF (PWND) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.6% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Telecom Argentina SA (TEO), up about 0.5% and shares of Nextera Energy (NEE), up about 0.3% on the day.
