SMB Makes Bullish Cross Above Critical Moving Average

In trading on Thursday, shares of the Short Municipal Index ETF (SMB) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $17.80, changing hands as high as $17.90 per share. Short Municipal Index shares are currently trading up about 0.1% on the day.
