PRLog - Aug. 12, 2014 - BRADENTON, Fla. -- On July 1st, 2014, REALTOR® Todd Rentschler completed the 7th and final week of GRI classes, passed all course exams with flying colors, and achieved the designation of GRI—Graduate, Realtor Institute. Less than 10% of Realtors nationally have the GRI designation.

When Todd joined our office two years ago he asked, “What is the single greatest thing I could do to both increase my skills as a Realtor and add value to my clients?” I told him “without a doubt, the GRI designation does that all as well as gives instant credibility amongst his peers.”
Todd Rentschler is an active member of the local, state, and national Association of Realtors, and specializes in residential sales in Sarasota & Manatee counties. “As an area resident for 30 years, I know just about everything the area has to offer with regard to housing,” said Mr. Rentschler. “Market knowledge is key in establishing credibility with new clients. It’s important to stay current on sales activity of both resales and new construction.”
