Due to customer demand the executives at Utopia have decided to open a Temecula Property Management division.
Utopia Management, the leading San Diego based property management company of individual single family homes and condos, has recently decided to open up Temecula Property Management operations.
After years of owners asking, "Does Utopia Management provide services in Temecula?" the answer is finally yes. Many of Utopia's clients either own property in Temecula or have friends that do. In the past Utopia would have to refer these potential clients to other companies in the Temecula market. To accommodate these new clients, Utopia Management has engaged Sara Miller as the new Branch Manager. Sara gained her property management experience in Texas and is excited about bring her knowledge back home to her hometown of Temecula.

Utopia Management will be offering property management services in Temecula Valley for single family homes, individual condos, apartment communities, commercial centers and provide bookkeeping for home owners associations.
