Dialog shares rise after avoids bidding war over Atmel

FRANKFURT, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Shares in Dialog Semiconductor Plc rose 7 percent on Friday after it said it would not enter a bidding war for U.S. chipmaker Atmel Corp.
