Every Tuesday and Thursday during June and July, a Sunset, Fireworks, and Dinner Cruise will be available. A special Father's Day Lunch Cruise can be enjoyed Sunday, June 19th from 12:30 - 2:30pm. A three-course meal featuring Guinness-Braised Baby Back Ribs, Gulf Shrimp & Grits, and Pesto Cream and Harvest Vegetables will be served.
In honor of Independence Day, a 4th of July Fireworks, Dancing & Dinner Cruise will take place from 6-9:30pm. A three-course meal will be prepared featuring Beef Filet Mignon, Fresh Rosemary Chicken and Lump Crab Scampi. Live music will be enjoyed with a fireworks finale.
SOLARIS has holiday cruises all year including Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year's. These special event cruises feature coastal delights along with indoor and outdoor entertainment. The fireworks display can be admired in every direction as the SOLARIS cruises along the Bay. Overnight accommodations can be made at nearby luxury condos from the Harbor and down the coast to Seagrove Beach.
