Aaron Cleavinger is the Managing Partner at Murdoch Mason Executive Search Group, a full cycle recruiting firm that provides personalized, strategic, and confidential career search services to top companies and candidates. Prior to joining the firm, he established his leadership reputation as a builder of teams and strategic capabilities at high growth consumer, e-commerce, and retail companies.
He launched domestic and international geographic expansion, implemented major system solutions, developed teams and tools to improve efficiencies and reduce costs, oversaw distribution center projects, and led strategic planning efforts during companies' peak growth periods.
