The company has been engaged with a custom web design firm to come up with the new look and features of the corporate website. "We saw the need to enhance our brand in the marketplace by streamlining our website so users could get a better feel for our services from the first click," President Michael Chapman said Monday. "Our goal is to change expectations of the markets we serve and our website needed to reflect that message."
Working with White Lion Interactive, an Austin based web development firm, integrITalent was able to add in new features to their site which helps visitors of the website gather information quicker.
The change comes as a part of a larger rebranding effort designed to develop business in new target markets across the U.S. while increasing SEO presence. Chapman's goal is to challenge other recruiting agencies by providing relationships, a process and service offerings different from traditional staffing firms.
Since the company's inception in December of 2010, the employee base of the organization has tripled in size with revenues growing over fifty percent each year. The company's client list includes organizations in healthcare, utilities, media, oil & gas and financial services. Currently the company supports major markets such as: Dallas, Houston, St. Louis and Denver. integrITalent, Inc. plans to build additional relationships in new markets across the US in 2017.
