Physicians Realty Trust Increases and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Announces Date for Second Quarter 2017 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.230 per common share and unit for the quarter ending June 30, 2017, an increase of $0.005 per share over the previous quarter.

Due to the strong and consistent performance of our team and high quality medical office building portfolio, we are pleased to provide the first increase in our quarterly dividend to be distributed to our shareholders. The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2017, to common shareholders and unit holders of record on July 3, 2017.
