Video: Wall Street voices its frustration over latest Wells Fargo scandal

The program overcharged hundreds of thousands of Wells Fargo customers for auto loan insurance that they did not need. Now banking analysts are taking issue with the fact that Wells knew about the practice as early as July of 2016, but only disclosed it last week.
