Ceremony kicks off first Fulton County TSPLOST project

Sandy Springs and Fulton County officials unveiled the first "Project Funded by TSPLOST" sign Monday, kicking off $650 million in transportation improvements being funded by a sales tax referendum voters approved last fall.
