Empty Landmark Mall Macy's may get interim life as a homeless shelter

Carpenter's Shelter and Howard Hughes Corp., Landmark's owner, could team up as both are embarking on major redevelopments. But the Landmark project has been pushed back to 2020, at the earliest.
