Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison may not buy Frank Sinatra's classic Tahoe resort after all

The storied resort had been undergoing a $49 million renovation by Sonoma developers Criswell Radovan before it went into Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in 2016, which caught Ellison's eye (and wallet).
