SPLV, ULST: Big ETF Outflows

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio (SPLV), where 13,600,000 units were destroyed, or a 8.5% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPLV, in morning trading today Xcel Energy (XEL) is off about 0.1%, and Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) is lower by about 0.2%.
