Student developers of blood cell counting device win 2018 Penn Startup Challenge

The students entrepreneurs won $30,000 plus another $15,000 in legal, accounting, & strategy services. Their device is designed to help prevent deaths from infections and other complications in patients undergoing chemotherapy.
