SPLV, XRT: Big ETF Outflows

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the PowerShares S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio (SPLV), where 24,600,000 units were destroyed, or a 14.1% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPLV, in morning trading today Duke Energy Corporation Holding (DUK) is up about 0.6%, and CMS Energy (CMS) is up by about 0.3%.
