P&G board reportedly considering Peltz shake-up plan

Activist Investor Nelson Peltz, who joined the board of Procter & Gamble Co. on March 1, reportedly said today that his fellow directors are considering his proposal to slash by about 90 percent of the consumer goods company's 10,000 corporate employees.
