The CEO of a fast-growing downtown San Jose tech company has been named the top CEO of a large U.S. company in Glassdoor's 2018 list of Highest Rated CEOs — ranking No. 1 both in the Bay Area and nationally. Yuan, a Chinese immigrant who came up with his business idea as a freshman in college, now leads a company that employs over 1200 employees.
