Steve Smith brings over 28 years’ experience in the capital markets to the Management of ZTEST. Steve obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Toronto. Steve is a Founder and President of Tangent Management Corp., a financial management firm that provides financial consulting and management services to publicly listed companies. Steve currently sits on the Board of Directors of Kontrol Energy Corp.
