Facebook’s former security chief lobbied internally for reforms on his way out the door

The Facebook executive whose team first discovered Russian attempts to influence public opinion during the 2016 presidential election wrote an internal memo sharply critical of the “tens of thousands of small decisions” that got Facebook to where it is today.
