Eagle Universal Services Acquires Stimulus Engineering Services

LOOGOOTEE, Ind. & ATLANTA - Sept. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- Representatives announced this week that Eagle Universal Services, a Federal 8(a) certified and minority owned business with offices in Greeneville, South Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia will acquire Stimulus Engineering Services, a Federal engineering, technical services, cyber security and electronic warfare business based in Crane, Indiana. The transaction is set to close on or before October 1, 2018.

The transaction will add significant capabilities to Eagle's cyber security and technical services capabilities, and will open multiple engineering, infrastructure and environmental markets for the new team.

EAGLE's Founder and CEO, former Clemson University All American and National Football League football player Dexter W.J. Davis stated, "We are very excited to welcome the incredibly talented Stimulus team to the Eagle family. Eagle will maintain offices in Greenville and Atlanta, and will consolidate the former Stimulus offices into a single office located in the WestGate @ Crane Technology Park in Crane Indiana.
