George Hatsopoulos, 'brilliant scientist' who helped shape Mass. tech economy, dies at 91

George Hatsopoulos, who died at his home in Lincoln on Sept. 20, was a Greek immigrant who founded the company that later became Thermo Fisher, one of the largest technology firms in the state.
