Drivers told to expect delays as state begins replacement of I-895 bridge

"There is no way to underestimate the impact it will have on the driving public that is currently using 895," Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn said. "Drivers will be impacted and they will be sitting in traffic if they do not choose other routes."
