Dallas’ incentive package for Amazon totaled $1.2 billion (plus free dogs and cats)

From dollars to collars, the city of Dallas was willing to pony up $600 million, and the state would have essentially matched that amount, to lure a headquarters for tech giant Amazon to the city. There are also some unconventional offerings in the spurned incentive package.
