Report: After deadly crash, American and Southwest pilots consider additional training

Pilots unions from Southwest Airlines Co. and American Airlines Group, Inc. met with Boeing executives over the past week to address concerns about the 737 MAX aircraft after the fatal Lion Air crash, according to a report.
