Atrium Health's deal with Georgia health-care system moves forward with board approval

Charlotte-based Atrium Health signed a letter of intent in February to partner with Navicent, a five-hospital network headquartered in Macon, Georgia. Atrium and Navicent will remain separate entities, but Navicent will have access to Atrium's integrated resources.
