Childress Klein, Ram Realty Advisors seek to develop office building in South End

Charlotte-based Childress Klein and Ram Realty Advisors, a Florida firm that keeps an office here, have filed plans that indicate they seek to build up to 257,102 square feet of office and 21,502 square feet of retail space at 1810 Camden Road.
