FC Cincinnati, West End tenants strike a deal; council approves measures for stadium

After a long day of negotiations, FC Cincinnati and tenants of West End property owned by the club agreed to terms on the residents’ status, and Cincinnati City Council unanimously passed a set of ordinances allowing the club to continue construction of its stadium.
