AT&T invests more than $700M in Wisconsin in most recent 3-year period

In 2018, AT&T made 590 network upgrades in Wisconsin, the company reported, including adding 41 new cell tower sites, expanding long-term evolution, or LTE, to 14 sites, and adding capacity to another 509 sites.
