Lawmaker accuses Juul of illegally advertising vaping as a way to quit smoking

Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Ill., is asking the Food and Drug Administration to investigate whether e-cigarette giant Juul is illegally making smoking cessation claims.
