Lowlands Group will release new beer at third annual Kwaktoberfest celebration

Lowlands Group, which owns and operates eight grand cafes in Wisconsin including five Cafe Hollander locations, will release its first beer since 2002 at the third annual Kwaktoberfest on Sept. 28.
