MIT's Epstein investigation finds 'significant errors in judgment'

The results of an investigation commissioned by MIT and produced by an outside law firm, Goodwin Procter, appeared to clear President L. Rafael Reif, and said that three MIT vice presidents who knew about Epstein’s donations to the MIT Media Lab in recent years did not violate any school policies.
