FBI and DOJ fail to follow mandates to prevent terrorists living within the USA from killing thousands

Los Angeles, Feb 7, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - The Cameroon Association of Victims of Ambazonia Terrorism ("CAVAT") filed on February 6, 2019, a Writ of Mandamus against "defendants" the United States Department of Justice, Department of Treasury, Federal Bureau of Investigations, and Department of Homeland Security. The Writ of Mandamus requests that a Federal Judge orders the defendants to comply with numerous Presidential and Congressional anti-terrorism mandates in applying the mandates against "Ambazonians" who are alleged to have caused thousands of civilian deaths, and committed atrocities like torture, maiming, abductions, and beheadings of civilians.

The Complaint alleges that the Ambazonians are international terrorists who commit crimes in violation United States penal code title 18 U.S.C section 956 that prohibits a conspiracy or agreement to kill, kidnap, maim or injure persons or damage property in a foreign country; 18 U.S.C. section 960 that prohibits anyone within the United States from engaging in a military expedition against a friendly country to the United States; and prohibitions against the financing of terrorism. The case is filed at the United States District Court, Los Angeles, Case No.: 2:20-cv-01233 and the complaint can be read on CAVAT's social media forums. A news conference about these filings will be held in Washington D.C. in the coming weeks.
