DEAC, DEAC Warrants Diamond Eagle Acquisition

Please explain the three different DEAC stocks…DEAC, DEACW and DEACU. The descriptions all appear to be the same. I bought DEAC @ $17.00 and then realized that you bought DEACW @ $6.00. What is a DEAC Warrant? Thanks, Travis! Love this, my go to, Newsletter!
