Lucas overhauls Plan Commission with 7 new members who won't 'rubber-stamp projects'

Mayor Quinton Lucas said the new City Plan Commission members won't "rubber-stamp projects that don't advance Kansas City's shared goals of creating a modern and accessible city in all neighborhoods."
