Likelihood of a normal Milwaukee Film Festival 'exceedingly low'

After posting a record-breaking year in attendance in 2019, Milwaukee Film's CEO Jonathan Jackson said the likelihood of meeting similar attendance records in a 15-day, in-person event format in 2020 seems "exceedingly low."
