DENVER - June 11, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

An unfortunate outcome of the Covid-19 crisis is limited access to self-care programs and activities for healthcare workers who desperately need them. The Wellnurse™ program creator, Lyndsey Medina, explains, “Current health restrictions have left many nurses isolated and unable to tap into wellness resources. We felt we had an obligation to step in and help out, so we decided to offer an early release of our online program for free to anyone who needs some help.”

The program will be offered at no charge to anyone who requests it. They can sign up at TheWellnurse.com under the Covid-19 Support tab. When asked if there is an end date to the free offering, Medina said “We’ve decided to offer the program at no charge through the end of July 2020.”

The Wellnurse™ is an online resiliency training program that was created for nurses to teach skills and techniques to achieve resiliency and fulfillment. The program focuses on sustainable practices that are easy to digest and implement. There are videos, resources and even meditations that have been created specifically for nurses.
