KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.43 Per Share of Common Stock & Announces Authorization to Extend $100 Million Share Repurchase Program

KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (the “Company” or “KREF”) (NYSE: KREF) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.43 per share of common stock and special voting preferred stock with respect to the second quarter of 2020. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2020 to KREF’s common stockholders and its special voting preferred stockholders of record as of June 30, 2020.

In addition, the Company announced that the Board of Directors has authorized an extension of the Company’s share repurchase program that had previously been announced on June 17, 2019 and was scheduled to expire on June 30, 2020. Under the extended program, which has no expiration date, the Company may repurchase up to $100.0 million of its common stock.
