ArtWorks seeks nominations for everyday heroes to be honored with custom flags

ArtWorks, the Greater Cincinnati nonprofit that employees youth apprentices in community art projects, is seeking nominations for a new program that will recognize the contributions of everyday heroes with custom-designed flags.
