Fithian, a 20-year operational and technology veteran, most recently served as Senior Director of Software Delivery for Netspend, a provider of reloadable prepaid cards and related financial services in the U.S. During her six years at Netspend, she was responsible for technical efficiency and delivery for the portfolio, and also drove strategic design direction for software development.
Prior to her role at Netspend, Fithian spent nearly 11 years at Developerprogram.com as Chief Operating Officer. In addition to working directly with leading telecommunication companies such as Sony Ericsson, Vodafone, Nokia, Orange, T-Mobile, and NAVTEQ to create customized and fully-hosted developer programs, Fithian established enhanced hardware rotation and automated testing plans.
