Harley-Davidson to pay $12M penalty in EPA emissions case from 2016

More than four years after Harley-Davidson Inc. entered into a consent decree with the Environmental Protection Agency, a judge approved the company paying a $12 million civil penalty and discontinuing the sale of aftermarket “super tuners” that overrode electronic pollution-emissions controls on motorcycles.
