This is 'absolutely the right time' to invest in tourism projects, Saudi minister says

The cost of materials and other resources have fallen following the coronavirus pandemic, presenting a "golden opportunity" for Saudi Arabia to build its tourism attractions, said Ahmed al-Khateeb, the kingdom's tourism minister.
