Biden names Michael Osterholm to COVID-19 Advisory Board

President-elect Joe Biden on Monday announced the members of his coronavirus advisory board, a group that will help manage the nation's response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The board includes one of Minnesota's best-known experts on the pandemic.
