HART pulls out of P3 agreement, works with city to formulate new plan

Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell and Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation CEO Andrew Robbins held a joint press conference Friday, announcing that the public-private partnership procurement, or P3, will no longer be pursued.
