My Money My Future is proud to announce that CEO and Founder, Ramona Ortega has been named by Crain's New York Business as one of their Most Notable Women in Financial Advice.

Ramona is one of few Latinx women in fintech and part of a growing number of women looking to diversify the financial industry and democratize investing. “It is an honor to be recognized by one of the country’s eminent financial publications. I am part of a new wave of innovators using technology to bring quality financial advice to a new generation of savers and investors. Ramona was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence and early team member of Azlo, a small business banking platform backed by BBVA and has been recognized as a thought leader in financial inclusion and fintech. Ramona was recognized in 2019 as one of NYC’s Inspiring Fintech Females and recipient of the 2018 Frederick Douglass 200 Award in entrepreneurship.

Prior to founding MMMF, Ramona was a Wall Street attorney and worked on complex securities litigation and corporate matters in private practice and at the SEC and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She is an advocate and expert in equity crowdfunding and sits on the board of Village Capital, Camino Financial and Community Health Council. Ramona holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles where she was a reporter for the L.A. Weekly. She received her JD from Fordham University of Law where she was an editor with the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
